As we start the Spring/Summer season, I am often reminded of how lucky we are to be in the Tri-State area. Especially New Jersey. There are so many opportunities and forums available here to provide an outlet for performers of various dance forms. There are many prestigious Dance Competitions such as Naya Andaaz, and Zalak which draw competitors from all around the US. 
Kala Nirmitee Dance School, while still a fledgling, has already participated and won in several competitions and programs like IFMP, and Naach Revolution. Before forming Kala Nirmitee, I have also worked with some of the popular choreographers to participate in Zalak and have won prizes in the "Semi-Classical" category in 2007 and 2010.
Kala Nirmitee Dance School is now looking forward to participate in the plethora of Dance Competitions and Programs coming up in the Summer.
